State form with Federal $10.00 additional
State form without Federal $20.00
I also prepare quarterly and annual Federal and State Payroll Tax returns for $7.50 each.
The preparation of W2s, and 1099s are priced according to the number of forms that you need prepared.
Sales and Use Tax Reports - $10.00 per return
