Explanation of services
You may pick and choose those services that will benefit your business most. The basic rate is listed on the appropriate linked page.

There are no jobs or services that are too small. Tell me what you need done and I will quote you a rate. Short term or long term, your success is my goal.

Digitize your records - I will scan your receipts and records into a PDF file. This help you to reduce your paper clutter.

Tax Preparation - I will prepare your Federal and/or State tax returns. Rate depends on the number of forms.

Accounting Services - Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Creation of spreadsheets.

Clerical and Correspondence - I can prepare forms, type correspondence and/or manuscripts.

Payroll and Payroll Tax Forms - I can prepare payroll, payroll tax returns, and year end tax forms using your information. I will calculate the payroll checks and Federal Tax deposit and email the information to you.

Sales Tax Returns - I can prepare monthly, quarterly, or yearly sales tax returns if you are required to file with your state.

Website maintenance or update - I can make changes to your website and keep it current. I am not a web designer, but I do know html code and can update your website

Rates - $15.00 to $25.00 per hour - depending on service type. I have listed the basic rates on the pages for the individual service.
I do charge less for some services. It depends upon
what you need done. Total charges for services will be discussed and agreed upon - they are negotiable. My rates are competitive.
I will contract to perform some services by estimating the time it should take to complete by my normal hourly rate.
